Dyson Parts
Carmen's is a regional repair center for Dyson vacuums, and thus we have access to all of their inventory on parts to service our machines.
While we do list all the parts available, we do not always stock them.
For example, if your brush bar doesn't work because 1 screw is broken, it's easier for service to replace the entire cleaner head under warranty, than to stock countless screws. If it is the screw you want in this situation, we will order it - as a special order - and that may take up to 3 weeks to get in based on our parts order. You may be better off asking if we can ship the cleaner head in this example, to ensure you have covered ALL possible the issues.
Furthermore, we stock parts that fit all the models in a particular family, eg: the DC24 Multi-Floor and DC24 Animal use the same parts.
Lastly, Dyson is moving away from "color specific" replacement parts and more towards steel or grey replacements.
