Shipping at Carmens Vacuum

• Carmen's Vacuum Online offers free GROUND shipping to the lower 48 states on all orders greater than $25.00. Other areas are charged according to the shipping selection.
  
  
• Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days for ground, regardless of the item description time. We make every effort to ship the items ASAP, however from time to time issues do arise not caused by Carmensvacuum.com that may delay this time frame. We will work with you to keep you informed.
  
  
• Exceptions - Carmens Vacuum offers only Ground Shipping for FREE on all orders greater than $25.00 in the lower 48 states.
  
  
• FREIGHT shipping on heavier items will be charged accordingly, prior to running your card. These fees can range from $10 - $100 depending on your location. In addition, we will inform you of additional shipping charges prior to running your payment! Please call 1-800-886-8227 to select one of the following optional shipping methods or if you have questions! There will be no deviation from this policy, and customer is expected to pay freight on top of purchase once we notify you of the additional cost.
  


• Alaska and Hawaii There is an additional fee to ship any items to Alaska and Hawaii, or any APO/AE areas. This is listed in the shipping options during checkout.
  
  
• Next Day Air will be billed according to location. Standard charge is $90 and may be adjusted by us after order is placed. We will notify you if any changes are made prior to running your card.
  
  
• 2nd Day Air will be billed according to location. Standard charge is $45 and may be adjusted by us after order is placed. We will notify you if any changes are made prior to running your card.
